Our mission

Szczecin and Western Pomerania are located on the border between two countries that are partners in the European Union. Our vocation is to help clients from abroad, including Germany, to buy or sell real estate in Poland. We operate in Szczecin and on the Baltic coast, in resorts such as Świnoujście and Misdroy.

Yes, we are able to provide you with the total cost of your investment, including legal, tax and notary fees. This is part of the standard scope of our services.

As usual, the commission is always 3.69 % (3 % plus VAT). We invoice our services.

After signing the purchase contract, the buyer pays for the property at Nathoarius:
– in cash
– by bank transfer (preferably in PLN)
We will advise you on how to make the payment securely.

These are indicative prices. Ultimately, the best solution is to pay in PLN. We can help you set up a Polish bank account for the payment and avoid a high bank fee.
